Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery
Assessment and preparation of a collection of watercolours for the exhibition 'Lely to Turner, British Drawings and Watercolours 1640-1860, from Birmingham Museums and Art Gallery', at the Nordic Watercolour Museum, Sweden (18th May - 9th September 2007).
Works included:- 'Robinson Crusoe Discovers the Footprint in the Sand' by William Blake
- 'St. Mary's Abbey, York' by John Sell Cotman
- 'A Coach Preparing to Leave Canterbury Gate, Christ Church, Oxford' by Thomas Rowlandson.
In September 2007 OVC prepared all works on paper for the exhibition 'The Art of Birmingham 1890-1939', which in addition to the Museum's collection included works from the archives of the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design.
